Commercial Card Account Manager
- Provide analytical support including, portfolio and individual deal profitability, reporting, etc.
- Develop expert knowledge of department accounting and answer questions.
- Calculate accruals, process Commercial Card Department’s service providers’ invoices.
- Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors to define Best Practices, reduce expense and continually improve the delivery or the Commercial Card service.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal and external customers.
- Work with customers to analyze their accounts payable and convert to card payments.
- Lead projects to implement automated payment solutions.
- Contact customers’ vendors as needed for implementation and follow-up.
- Support customers and their vendors’ use of payment solutions.
- Analyze and optimize customers’ programs.
- High School Diploma
- 6 years’ experience with technology applications such as database management, SharePoint, internet applications, financial applications, business analytics
