Lockbox Work Lead
The Operations Work Lead role will be responsible for providing operational support and guidance for production tasks. This role will oversee the daily workflow, to ensure all service levels and customer needs are satisfied.
Successful incumbents will possess the ability to work independently with limited supervision to proactively resolve customer or client issues; have good leadership/decision-making skills, ability to write procedures, recommend process improvements, and ability to adapt to change.
- Provides advanced problem resolution and the ability to communicate and escalate significant production issues.
- Prioritizes, distributes, and monitors specific responsibilities, helping to ensure productivity standards, service levels, and customer needs are met.
- Assists in resolving more complex production related issues within the business unit with the ability to escalate significant production issues to the appropriate leader in a timely manner.
- Maintains and develops key client relationships while communicating efficiently and professionally in all interactions, written and verbal.
- May be required to participate in projects impacting business unit with ability to document procedural changes to department functions.
- Identifies and recommends changes to operational procedures for efficiencies within the department and other related business units.
- Assists the team with daily operational tasks to successfully meet all daily metrics.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years Banking operations work experience
- 3 years customer service and leadership skill
El Segundo7:30am – 4:00pm Monday; 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Tuesday – Friday

For candidates hired in the state of California, Colorado, Washington, New York the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:
- California – $25.43 – $46.44 Hourly
