CRE Health and Safety Program Manager
- Single point of contact for all environmental, health and safety, OSHA complaints. Subject matter expert providing expertise and guidance on environmental, health and safety issues that impact the well-being of our colleagues and customers.
- Provide transformational leadership, direction, and influence to align programs and set overall HSE vision, strategy, and framework.
- Responsible for interpretating environmental reports and making recommendations to the business.
- Partners with CRE, HR, Legal, Business Unit(s) Executive Leadership, Third Party Providers, Corporate Security, Business Continuity and Communications.
- Provide leadership, oversight and guidance to our third-party providers servicing environmental, health and safety projects.
- Must be able to effectively communicate science terms in simple talk to executive leadership. Provide executive leadership with progress updates on all environmental, health and safety activity.
- Develop environmental monitoring program to track and report on KPI’s.
- Conduct investigations and responses to environmental incidents or complaints, including coordinating remediation efforts.
- Develop action plans to address and avoid environmental issues.
- Project Manage and oversee in partnership with the market managers all investigations, recommendations, and remediation efforts.
- Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Validate work solved for root cause after execution.
- Responsible for business case for annual budgets with a focus on environmental, health and safety infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for developing and implementing environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of environmental training programs to ensure employee awareness and compliance.
- Lead all of aspects of evaluating emerging environmental regulations trends to proactively address potential impacts on the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field from an accredited university
- Master’s degree in environmental science preferred
- 6 years Proficient driving HSE programs
- Preferred Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
- Certified Safety Professional preferred
